How vouchers work

3 min read

Batches, redemption and expiry for hotspot vouchers.

Batches

A batch is a group of voucher codes created together for one plan and venue.

Redemption

A voucher is Not used until a customer enters it. It then becomes Activated and the clock or data allowance starts.

Expiry

Vouchers have a validity period. An unused voucher expires after it, so old stock cannot be used forever.
