Use your own portal domain

Serve the customer portal from your own address, such as portal.yourisp.com.

Choose an address

Pick a subdomain you control, for example portal.yourisp.com.

Point it at OneRezo

1. In your domain provider’s DNS settings, add a CNAME record for your subdomain.
2. Use the target address OneRezo shows you.
3. Wait for DNS to update. This can take from a few minutes to a few hours.

Secure it

OneRezo issues a certificate for your address so the portal loads over HTTPS. When the status shows Active, test the address on a phone.
