What counts as an active service?
A subscriber service we keep online for you in the month. Suspended, terminated and unused accounts do not count.
How are hotspot vouchers charged?
Only when a customer uses a code for the first time. Codes in stock, or sold but never used, are free.
Do agents cost extra?
No. The agent portal is on every plan, including Free — agents are how most ISPs here sell.
Do you take a percentage of customer payments?
No. We charge a subscription. Mobile money and card fees are charged by the payment providers, not by OneRezo.
Can I try everything before paying?
Yes. The free tier gives you the core modules so you can connect a router, import subscribers and take a payment first.
What about estates, venues and resellers?
The same allowances apply, per workspace. Talk to us if you run many sites and we will be straight about what fits.
