Which mobile money networks work?
MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash and AirtelTigo Money, plus cards and bank transfers through Paystack. Using another provider or working in another country? Ask us on WhatsApp.
What if a payment is pending or fails?
A payment is recorded only when the provider confirms it. A pending or failed request leaves the subscriber exactly where they were, so nobody is reconnected by mistake.
Can customers still pay in cash?
Yes. Agents record cash payments in the field app, and they appear in the same ledger as everything else.
Does it handle VAT?
VAT is calculated on every invoice and can be exported with your invoices to Xero or QuickBooks.
