Can the estate pay one bill for everyone?
Most estates bill each unit separately. If yours wants a single bill for the block, tell us and we will say honestly what works today.
What happens when a resident moves out?
Suspend the account and settle the balance. The next resident gets a fresh account on the same unit.
Can a caretaker collect cash?
Yes. Caretakers record cash and mobile money payments in the agent app, and they land in the same ledger.
What equipment do I need?
