Import subscribers from a CSV

4 min read

Bring your existing subscribers into OneRezo in a few minutes. Plans, services and opening balances come across with each row, so you can start billing straight away.

Before you startYou need an ISP workspace and at least one plan. Imports never overwrite existing subscribers, so you can run them more than once.

1. Prepare your file

Export your subscribers from your old system or spreadsheet as a CSV file with one subscriber per row and a header row on top. These columns are the most common:

name,phone,plan,balance
Kwame Acheampong,0244000001,Home 20 Mbps,0.00
Amaka Obiora,0201000002,Family 10 Mbps,45.00
Yaw Mensah,0551000003,Home 20 Mbps,90.00

Your column names do not have to match. You map them in step 3.

2. Upload the file

Open Customers, choose Import and drop your file onto the upload area, or click to browse.

3. Map your columns

OneRezo guesses which column is which. Check each guess and fix any that are wrong. Rows whose plan does not exist yet are flagged so you can create the plan first.

4. Review and import

You get a summary before anything changes: how many subscribers will be added, how many rows were skipped and why. Select Import to confirm.

TipImport a small test file first. Ten rows is enough to confirm your mapping.

Next steps

Connect a MikroTik router so your imported subscribers can authenticate, thentake your first payment.
