Create your first plan

A plan decides a subscriber’s speed, price and billing cycle. Create one before you import subscribers.

Create the plan

1. Open Plans and choose New plan.
2. Name it something customers will recognise, such as Home 20 Mbps.
3. Set the download and upload speed.
4. Set the price and the billing cycle, for example monthly.
5. Save.

How plans are used

Every subscriber is on one plan. Change the plan once and everyone on it follows, so you never edit a router queue by hand.
