Send a mobile money request to a test subscriber and watch the payment reconcile and the session reconnect.

Before you start

• A test subscriber on a plan
• A payment provider connected, such as MTN MoMo
• A phone that can approve a mobile money request

Take the payment

1. Open the test subscriber and create an invoice.
2. Choose Request payment and the customer’s mobile money number.
3. Approve the request on the phone with the MoMo PIN.
4. Watch the invoice change to Paid.

Check the result

• The payment appears in the ledger, matched to the subscriber
• The subscriber’s session is restored if they were suspended
