One row per subscriber with name, phone, plan and balance. It does not need to be perfect.

Import and review

Upload the file, map your columns and read the summary before anything goes live.

Start with one router

Move your smallest tower first and test the whole flow.

Switch router by router

Move the others when you are comfortable. Keep the spreadsheet as a backup for as long as you like.
